Egg wrapped with red seasoning spice named eggs bali. Not so pungent spicy taste that feels good when eaten. Besides being used as a complement to this dish rice bali you can also attach it to another dish.
Ingredients / spices:
- 8 pieces of eggs, boiled, peeled
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 300 ml of water
- 2 tablespoons oil for frying
Ground Spices:
- 8 red onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 6 red chilies
- 6 curly red chilies
- 1 teaspoon shrimp paste, burned
- 1 tomato
How to make eggs seasoning bali:
- Heat the oil. Saute ground spices and bay leaves until fragrant.
- Add the eggs. Stir well.
- Add salt, sugar, and pepper. Stir well.
- Pour water. Cook until cooked and pervasive.
